Our client has one of the largest manufacturing facilities in the Middle East and Europe. Operating in several factories and sales and distribution offices based in the UK, Germany, France and Russia.

Location:
Central Europe

Key Tasks:
Developing the companies key accounts specifically for surface protection film sales for West Europe market

The tasks include:
• prioritise opportunities – markets, products & customers
• successful manage key customers
• daily visiting customers and report visits to head office or delegate to the team
• assist customers to factory visits or delegate to the team

Requirements:

Professional Experience:
• Preferably minimum 10 years’ experience in non-food flexible film – Surface protection film sales
• Extensive knowledge of the European non-food flexible packaging market
(specifically protective film industry)
• Experience of working with blue chip companies/ key customers
• Proven track record of successfully selling in a true business development role to medium- big sized businesses
• Sound understanding of all flexible packaging conversion processes
• Sound understanding of all consumer trends and packaging issues
• Good technical knowledge to manage and implement new product developments
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and successfully growing turnover andprofitability
• Proven record of working effectively with R & D and manufacturing

Languages:
preferably English, German, French

Skills:
• IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Good cross-cultural understanding
• Self-starter, high energy
• Effective communicator, verbal, written and electronic presentations
• Ability to effectively operate remotely
• Good team working ethic
• Profit orientation
