A professional and best skilled Sales Manager is required, good experience about the T&C
Market within the DACH region.
Expected education should be on the level of commercial bachelor or similar level. The
candidate should be giving evidence of the
capability of understanding and steering the complex interactions with and networking
within industrial customers in the target industry.
Any additional training in selling skills and/or communication management would be an

require the capacity and willingness of intensive travel throughout DACH region.
A total professional experience of over 5 years, preferably towards mid sized up to large
global corporations, as well as family-owned businesses.
A successful experience in selling tailor-made and printed primary Tea&Coffee packaging
products as well as an understanding of flexible packaging technology, graphical features
and cost calculation.
Understanding of quality standards and of coffee-packaging machine systems is an important
Knowledge about sustainable packaging solutions within the flexibles packaging business is
also highly recommended. A proven experience of acquiring new customers in the European
Food industry, preferably T & C industry is equally important.
Used to work with MS Office tools for reports and presentations, e.g. MS Outlook, Word,
Excel & PowerPoint.
The candidate understands the industrial and commercial business culture in DACH region.
Native German speaking. Mastering English on all business levels is a pre-condition.
