Location: Germany – Home Office

Your Key Tasks:
Be a part of it!
• You will work in close cooperation with the Sales Director and you are connector between Customers, Marketing & Market Research, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Service
• You are accountable for all sales-activities in market segment “Homecare” in the region D/A/CH
• You are in charge of selective, targeted acquisition of new Customers and development of new business opportunities for the Homecare market
• You are focused on driving sustainability of our (future) product-portfolio
• You actively develop sales targets and the yearly budget plan and sales strategy for the Homecare segment
• You are able to build a strong presence in the market by customer-visiting and networking at trade fairs and professional events
• You are initiator and coordinator of marketing projects
• Ongoing review and reporting by providing sales analysis, forecasts and visit reports is your daily business

Your Profile:
Passion for Packaging!
• You successfully completed studies with Bachelor degree (economics) or commercial education with relevant experience on the job, adding decent technical understanding
• Ideally you have several years of experience in sales in the (plastics-) packaging industry
• You are a highly motivated self-starter with keen desire for success
• You have got advanced negotiation, presentation and communication skills, analytical and strategic mindset to attend clients’ needs and successfully close a deal
• A matter of course for you is entrepreneurial mindset as well as working
independently with minimal supervision
• You are fluent in German & English
